1) Promotions available to 18+ aged individuals who are registered customers of Spreadex.
2) For fixed odds, qualifying bets (if applicable) can be placed in-play but cannot be cashed out in-play and must run to the conclusion of the bet. Fixed odds qualifying bets can be Single or Each-Way. Only the 'win' part of each way bets will count towards the qualifying amount of the promotion
3) For spread betting, qualifying bets (if applicable) must be placed pre-event and cannot be cashed out in-play and must run to the conclusion of the bet. 
4) For fixed odds, free bets can be placed in-play but cannot be cashed out in-play and must run to the conclusion of the bet.
5) For spread betting, free bets must be placed pre-event and cannot be cashed out in-play and must run to the conclusion of the bet.
6) Free bets can be placed by ticking the 'Use Free Bet' button on your bet slip when placing your chosen bet for both fixed odds and spead betting.
7) Free bet stakes not included in any winnings.
8) Any free bets must be claimed within 28 days of opening.
9) Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to exercise its sole discretion as to whether or not to open account facilities for any prospective client. 
10) Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to amend, withdraw or restrict this offer at any time without notice.
11) Spreadex Ltd reserves the right to withhold this offer when it has reasonable belief there has been co-operation, collusion or organisation of bets from the same source, or if it has reasonable belief that the offer is being abused in any way. 
12) Spreadex Ltd is the sole arbiter of these rules and any other issue arising under the promotion.
13) No staff member (or any relation or partner thereof) of any spread betting or fixed odds bookmaking firm is eligible to take advantage of these offers.
14) Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other Spreadex offer.
15) You can withdraw your deposit balance at any time.
16) Unless otherwise stated, clients reopening Spreadex accounts do not qualify for the offer.
17) Customers who are ineligible for any promotional free bets will also be ineligible for these promotions.
